They apply when you book a stay, a table or the banquet hall at Aery Resort, Chinnahally, Shanivarasanthe, North Coorg, Karnataka 571235. The registered entity name and GST number are TBC.

Selecting dates on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your booking exists only once payment has been received and verified on our server, and you have been sent a confirmation carrying a booking reference.

A payment screen that appears to succeed in your browser is not, on its own, a confirmed booking. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us before travelling.

Rates are quoted per cottage per night in Indian Rupees. What the rate includes — whether breakfast is part of it — is TBC.

GST is charged at the rate applicable to the tariff on the date of stay and is shown separately in the price breakdown before you pay. Rates can change, but never for a booking already confirmed.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, supporting UPI, cards and netbanking. Whether we take the full amount or a deposit at booking is TBC.

Check-in from TBC and check-out by TBC. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

Every adult guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. This is a legal requirement for accommodation providers in India, not a house preference. We cannot admit a guest who cannot produce one.

Each cottage has a maximum occupancy shown at the time of booking. Maximum occupancy per type, the extra-bed charge, and the age below which a child stays free are TBC.

Guests beyond the booked occupancy cannot be accommodated without prior agreement.

The hall is not bookable online. Dates are held only against a written confirmation from us. Hire charges, the advance required and the separate cancellation terms for functions are TBC.

House rules are set out in the Guest Policies. We may ask a guest to leave, without refund, for behaviour that endangers or seriously disturbs others.

You are responsible for damage caused by your party. We are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, nor for injury arising from voluntary participation in activities on the grounds, including the rope bridges, except where the law does not permit us to exclude it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at TBC — jurisdiction — Madikeri or Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
