Cancelling a booking
Cancellations can be made by replying to your confirmation email, or by calling +91 94485 61148. Please quote the booking reference from your confirmation.
Refund schedule
The refund due depends on how far ahead of your arrival date the cancellation reaches us. The applicable windows and percentages are TBC — free-cancellation window, partial-refund window, and the point past which no refund is due.
Whatever schedule applies is fixed at the time of booking and shown to you before payment. It will not be changed after your booking is confirmed.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, our payment processor. We initiate the refund within TBC — number of working days of approving the cancellation.
Once initiated, the time for the money to appear in your account is set by your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5–7 working days. That part is outside our control.
No-show
If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, the booking is treated as a no-show. The amount retained in that case is TBC.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel your booking for any reason — including circumstances outside our control such as flooding, landslides or road closures, which do occur in Kodagu during the monsoon — you will be offered either alternative dates or a full refund of everything you have paid. That choice is yours.
Early departure
If you leave before your booked check-out date, the amount refunded for unused nights is TBC.
Modifying a booking
Date changes are subject to availability. Whether a change carries a fee, and whether it is treated as a cancellation and rebooking, is TBC.
Grievances
If a refund has not reached you within the stated period, contact [email protected]. The name and contact details of the person responsible for handling grievances are TBC.
