Every adult guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in — Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID. This is a legal requirement for accommodation providers in India.

We photograph the ID and store it securely. How that image is protected and how long it is kept is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Check-in from TBC and check-out by TBC. Whether the kitchen keeps fixed meal times, and what they are, is TBC.

Children are welcome. The age below which a child stays free, and the charge above it, are TBC.

The grounds include a pond, a bonfire area and two rope bridges. Children remain the responsibility of the adults they are travelling with at all times.

Whether pets are permitted, and on what conditions, is TBC.

Whether guests may bring their own alcohol, whether a corkage charge applies, and whether outside food is permitted are TBC.

Smoking inside the cottages and the banquet hall is not permitted. Whether designated outdoor areas exist is TBC.

The single-line bridge and the unstable bridge are used at your own risk. Whether they are supervised, and any minimum age or weight limit, is TBC.

Paths are unlit in places and the ground is uneven. In the monsoon it is genuinely slippery. Please carry a torch after dark; your phone will do.

Cottages sit close together and sound carries across the lawn. Quiet hours, and whether amplified music is permitted for functions and until what time, are TBC.

Guests are responsible for damage caused by their party. Lost property is held for TBC — holding period and can be returned at your cost.

Whether guests may receive non-resident visitors on the property, and any charge for it, is TBC.
